Hotel needs serious upgrades!!! I expected more given the price I paid!!!

Room was clean and had plenty of big towels.

Check in the girl didn't greet and was kinda rude like I was bothering her or something.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, near the event we were attending. Further, it was just next door to a restaurant, several floors / areas, and Sanford, NC.

would return anytime.

The King Room was comfy with a great sofa bed and nice upgrades. Loved the tv and microwave. Air conditioning kept it cool. Plus, enjoyed the spa bath and the outdoor pool with sun loungers. The fitness center was nice to have. Breakfast was good, but things ran low early.

A great and exceptionally friendly hotel, I liked it, staff was really helpful. The breakfast was nice, variety of food. The venue was in a remote location short walk to several floors / areas, a restaurant, and Sanford again. It was just walking distance from Subway, where you can have dinner.

The breakfast filled everyone needs. It was always hot and the servers were very nice. Front desk was helpful and the special touches of the warm cookies at night helped soothed our need for something sweet at night.

We didn't have hot water , we reported the problem to the front desk. We expected better results from the person who maintained the building. It didn't seem to be important enough to fix on a timely basis. We had to switch rooms several times before we found a room with hot water. It seemed to be that the whole 2nd floor didn't have hot water, I would think that would been a priority . The room we ended up with was smaller and not what we originally wanted.

There were nails littered around the entryway, and our room had plumbing issues that remained unresolved throughout the stay. We also found the service lacking since the toilet would not flush properly, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.

The breakfast items ran low quickly, and it seemed the staff was slow in replenishing them.

This place is great, and has great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my room issue even at night. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Breakfast was disappointing with items running low, and the limited food options did not meet expectations, especially considering previous visits. There were occurrences of staff being unresponsive to inquiries.

The staff was helpful, especially the front desk teammates on weekends. The lounge area was inviting, and the outdoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day 🏊‍♂️

The breakfast area could benefit from a bit more management. Items tended to run low quickly 😟

I had a fair stay with comfortable rooms and appreciated the prompt breakfast service, but there were some food shortages that dampened the experience. I might consider returning.
